During sales and new collection launches, processing time may be slightly longer.

Your order does not suit you, you received your damaged order.

You have 14 days following receipt of your order to send us an email to this address: contact@limprevisible.com indicating that you wish to make a return and the reason for it. Following this email you will have 14 days to send your return.

The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The jewels must be returned in their complete original packaging (packaging, accessories, instructions...).

Upon receipt of your package, we have 14 days to send you new items or to reimburse you.

Please select your earrings and piercings with care as they are neither taken back nor exchanged for hygiene reasons in accordance with article L221-28.
